Terms of Service

Findkeep ("the Service") is operated by Momentum Minds LLC, a New Mexico (USA) limited liability company doing business as Findkeep.io ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
The service
Findkeep finds and manages local-business leads. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access (card required at checkout; cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged). After the trial, access continues on a Monthly or Yearly subscription.
Payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled via the customer portal. If a subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only — you can view and export your data, and nothing is ever deleted for non-payment. Prices include VAT where applicable (collected via Stripe Tax).
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate applicable law, including telemarketing and data-protection rules that apply to how you contact the businesses you find. You are responsible for your use of exported data.
Your data
You can export your leads as CSV at any time and delete your account (and all its data) from Settings. See the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
